CFO for Rent

Your part-time CFO will take hands-on responsibility for a clearly defined and focused "mini-job description," often including directing full-time staff to achieve specific objectives, e.g., restructure or improved reporting, when your current staff is not up to the task, or if you’re trying to take your company to the next level financially.

Executive Coaching

Newly appointed CEO/COO/VP? Key position in a company with a new level of emphasis on finance? If you are concerned about your ability to understand and work with financial information and terminology, a few coaching sessions in finance for non-financial executives, held in the privacy of your office or ours, can make all the difference.

Financial Management Assessments

Do you need a second opinion on the performance of your finance department? We will determine their ability to deliver the performance you expect but aren’t getting, and if not, why not. You’ll receive a detailed, written opinion on what to fix, how to fix it, and how much time it should take. We’ll even come back in 90 days to see how they’re doing.

Business Plan Development

You need a business plan. Or you already wrote one but no one will fund it, and you’re convinced it’s not your fundamental business model. We’ll evaluate your business plan for readability, for proper balance between salesmanship and solid fact, and for investor credibility. If needed, we’ll design and/or build your financial projection so it will (a) work, and (b) withstand the scrutiny of investors' analysts.

Strategic Planning Facilitation

We'll help you define the objectives & identify the issues, then facilitate the meeting so it meets the objectives and gets team buy-in. That will free you up to participate fully. Afterwards, we’ll summarize results and help you develop your action plan. A full range of assistance tools for implementation are available, if desired.
