• Advance preparation of the agenda, key issues and priorities, using interviews with you and questionnaires completed by key managers.

• Facilitation of an off-site meeting in which these issues are discussed in the context of your company’s vision/mission, without the daily interruptions of the office.

• Guiding the discussion agenda throughout the meeting, so that everyone has a chance to be heard, no one feels intimidated, and no one dominates the discussion. At the same time, our experience will help surface issues that might be under-appreciated by the group.

• Written summarization of all the key issues, findings and action items that come out of the meeting, for the company to use in developing and implementing short-term plans and programs.

• Three months following the meeting, a review visit to assess how well the company has converted its long-range thinking into action, with appropriate recommendations where we feel specific changes might be helpful.
